Earn While You Learn
Our Mission: Elevate Your Studio: Build Reputation, Revenue, and Transformative Teacher Training
As a studio owner, you understand the importance of elevating your studio’s reputation and revenue through Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training. Our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is specifically designed to help you establish your Registered Yoga School (RYS 200) while gaining the expertise to lead transformative teacher training.
OUR WHY:
Before founding INSPIRE TM, we traveled the U.S., offering partnerships with studios to lead 200-hour teacher training using a 70/30 profit-sharing model. Through these collaborations, we discovered that studio owners weren’t just seeking a training program—they wanted more. They craved support, mentorship, and the ability to create teacher training programs reflecting their unique vision.
In response, we began providing pre-made curriculums to empower studios to host their trainings. However, with Yoga Alliance’s evolving requirements—initially slated for 2018 but delayed due to COVID-19—we saw a more profound need to design a program that accomplished multiple goals at once:
Offer a YTT Partnership: Continue supporting studios by leading their first 200-hour training with mentorship and guidance.
Train Studio Owners: Provide hands-on experience and comprehensive training to prepare them for success.
Help Studios Achieve RYS Status: Guide studio owners through becoming a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Certify Studio Owners: Enable studio owners to earn their 300-hour certification, paving the way to their eRYT 500 designation and greater independence.
Our program is the culmination of years of collaboration, learning, and adapting to meet the needs of studio owners like you. It’s designed to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to grow your studio, elevate your offerings, and lead your community authentically.

Delivery Format and Program Overview
Our advanced training program is designed with flexibility, offering online, in-person, and hybrid formats to fit your schedule. This structure ensures you receive comprehensive training while accommodating your unique needs.
Since we will lead your first 200-hour YTT in person, you will complete 200 of your 300-hour certification hours directly with us. During this time, we’ll guide you hands-on in running a training program, providing direct mentorship and support as part of your journey toward confidently leading future training independently.
First 200 Hours: Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training Format with Profit Maximization
This program offers a flexible, impactful approach to Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), combining in-person and remote learning to deliver a robust, immersive experience. Designed with both participant success and profit optimization in mind, the program balances hands-on mentorship with cost-effective strategies.
Training Format
The first 200 hours center on co-leading Yoga Teacher Training alongside experienced mentors. Participants will gain practical experience in structuring sessions, managing group dynamics, and developing confident teaching methodologies.
The training utilizes a hybrid model:
Three In-Person Weekends: Participants choose which weekends to attend based on areas where they need the most guidance, allowing for personalized support and practical application.
Practicum Weekends: The remaining weekends focus on leading sessions independently, with remote guidance and feedback from the lead teacher.
Dedicated Anatomy Course: To enhance learning while maintaining flexibility, one in-person weekend is replaced with a 30-hour anatomy course, delivered online or via a specialized provider.
Maximizing Profit Share
This hybrid model is not only learner-focused but also financially strategic:
Reduced In-Person Commitments: Fewer in-person weekends reduce overhead costs such as venue rental, travel, and accommodations.
Streamlined Course Design: Offering an anatomy module as an online course allows for additional revenue without the costs of in-person instruction.
Flexible Pricing Options: A tiered pricing structure—where participants can opt for more or fewer in-person weekends—appeals to a broader audience while allowing for premium packages.
Practicum Integration: By leveraging practicum weekends as part of the training, participants gain hands-on experience while the lead teacher focuses on providing remote feedback, reducing the need for constant on-site presence.
This format provides participants with a valuable, tailored training experience and ensures that the program operates efficiently, maximizing profit without compromising quality.
Last 100 Hours: Your Choice of Specialization

Time Commitment
The timing of the first 200-hour YTT is tailored to your studio’s needs and clientele. A common approach is to schedule the training over 4–6 weekends, which provides a manageable and engaging structure for participants.
We can adjust the format if you want a more condensed or flexible schedule. For example, specific training components can be offered in a hybrid format, combining in-person sessions with online learning to accommodate preferences and logistics.
We’ll work closely with you to create a schedule that aligns with your vision and ensures the program's success. -
