Hi, I'm Amy!
As a proud mother of two, I'm driven daily by my commitment to becoming the best version of myself and showing my children they can achieve anything they set their minds to. This same passion fuels my dedication to yoga and my mission to help studios grow through powerful Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs.
My Journey in Yoga and YTT
I began teaching yoga in 2007, and in 2012, I became the Director of Operations at a local yoga studio, where I developed our first 200-hour YTT program. This program quickly became a success, expanding internationally and bringing quality yoga education to communities worldwide.
In 2015, I faced a pivotal moment in my career when I needed to increase my income. The answer? Developing a YTT program that studios globally could use to grow their offerings and revenue. This led to the creation of the Teacher Training Partnership Program, which helped countless studios generate additional income and expand their communities.
As I worked with these studios, I realized they looked to me for YTT's expertise and guidance in sales, marketing, and overall studio growth. This inspired me to launch a business focused on helping studios thrive.
Inspire TM: Empowering Studios
In 2018, after personal and professional challenges, including losing a sibling, I decided to pursue a new chapter. That decision led to the founding of Inspire TM.
Inspire TM is dedicated to creating high-quality, customizable, and pre-made YTT programs that align with Yoga Alliance standards while reflecting each studio's unique style. My goal is to ease the burden on studio owners so they can focus on what they love—building vibrant, engaged communities.
Helping Studios Thrive Post-Pandemic
The pandemic created unprecedented challenges for yoga studios. Many struggled financially or faced closure. Recognizing the power of YTT programs, I shifted my focus to helping studios rebuild by offering tailored YTT solutions. These programs not only revived studio communities but also boosted revenue.

Elaine has been a dedicated member of the Inspire TM team for the past four years, leveraging her six years of corporate experience to support our mission with skill and precision. As my right hand, Elaine handles all administrative tasks carefully, ensuring everything runs smoothly so we can focus on delivering impactful yoga teacher training curriculums to our clients.
Elaine is crucial in expanding our reach by identifying studios and potential partners who would benefit from our premade or fully customized yoga teacher training curriculums. She initiates contact with studios, sending out the first emails and facilitating introductions that help us connect with the right communities. Her thoughtful approach ensures that each connection is meaningful and aligned with Inspire TM's values.
Beyond this, Elaine manages a wide range of daily operations—from coordinating communications to ensuring our internal processes remain efficient and organized. Her work is invaluable in maintaining the integrity of our programs and supporting our clients as they implement our carefully crafted curriculums in their own spaces.
Elaine's ability to balance her professional role with being an at-home mother exemplifies the mindfulness and adaptability we teach in our programs. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and proactive mindset are essential in helping us provide the high-quality service that Inspire TM is known for.

Addie-Grace Mehling- Global Yoga Educator & Expert Teacher Trainer
With nearly two decades of dedicated experience in the yoga industry, Addie is a leading authority in yoga education and teacher training. As a 500-hour E-RYT, Addie has journeyed through the multifaceted world of yoga—beginning as an instructor and evolving into roles that include studio manager, studio and yoga business owner, and yoga coordinator.
Addie has been instrumental in shaping and elevating yoga communities worldwide throughout her career. From managing bustling studios to founding and running successful yoga businesses, she has cultivated a deep understanding of yoga's operational and spiritual aspects.
Now, as an expert yoga teacher trainer, Addie has been entrusted with creating comprehensive and transformative yoga teacher training programs for studio owners and instructors worldwide. Addie is passionate about empowering the next generation of yoga teachers, blending traditional practices with modern insights to create a holistic and inclusive approach to yoga education.
